I would like to add my Razer Blade to the extended warranty and I keep receiving the following information:

We cannot find your serial number in our database.

• The serial number may have been entered incorrectly. Please check and try again.

• If your product has previously been replaced under warranty, please contact customer service at for further assistance.

Razer Insider seems a bit complicated to me and I'm asking for help.
