Unable to purchase Razer Kishi Ultra

I am trying to buy the Razer Kishi Ultra (UK store) for the Honkai Impact 3rd bonuses but the page will not allow me to put in my payment details, it errors out every time. I’ve tried on two separate accounts and have tried so many times but can’t get it working. I was wondering if anyone else was having this problem. 

 

I did test if I could get to the payment page with other products and it seems to be tied to this Kishi Ultra (with bonuses) specifically but I cannot find actual customer support to ask lol

    I am having same error.

    I dunno why, but in the checkout status, it’s not going on to shipping process.

    Only it shows stupid loading circle almost 1 hour.

    I tried all my devices, other IP, and browsers, however it didn’t work.
