and now my mouses wheel is gone dammit
Please allow users to disable Hypershift shortcuts (Huntsman Mini).

In Polish we have alt+z for ż and it's dangerously close to fn+z for Sleep.

Hi Razer, please take a look on issues with Kraken v3 PRO headset, it has been almost 4 months already without any update or fix. Either FW update or some recall event needs to be done.
Major issues with volume imbalance when volume control wheel is between 50-75% and infinite charging issue which is destroying batteries and is even dangerous as it can catch a fire (li-ion). Along with other SW based issues with synapse software, but those major ones needs to be fixed asap.
Full sized board with optical linears and a wired detachable USB-c cable. Love the hunstman line, but hate that I can not switch from a full sized to a 60% without pulling a new cable...
It would be great if you could make a mac downloadable version for Synapse 3.0.
It's time for a new controller!

I think the next one will be for Playstation, but I would prefer that they make an all-in-one-controller, which is compatible for all systems (PC, PS, XB and maybe Switch too). At least the left stick and d-pad must be swappable. It would be better to have a full modularity (all input elements), but this unfortunately will remain a dream.

But what they should improve:

  • additional buttons at the bottom side should be near to the back side, so that you can play comfortable with 2 fingers (index and middle) at the back¹ (bumper and trigger) and the both other fingers (ring and little) at the bottom buttons/paddles
  • use fully mechanical buttons ... the semi-mechanical buttons have the rubberdomes as disadvantage, because they can break ... it's much more important to have long life buttons (especially without modularity) than a smoother feeling
  • let PC players emulate keyboard keys instead only other keys of the controller ... because of the dumb XInput limitation to have an alternative way for a full set of native buttons

  • optional rumble moduls (many players don't need rumble)
  • optional wireless modul (many players want to play without cable (for sure, it's the casual fraction, but they also are/could be customers))

¹ play with 2 fingers on the back (bumper and trigger) - This is the most natural handling, but no controller is optimized for it. To play with just 1 finger on the back is one of the dumbest mysteries that I'll never understand.
Would love for Mercury wireless 10-key keyboard to allow a function lock/toggle on the keyboard itself. On some HP laptops, you can press Shift+Fn to lock the function keys. I can't install Synapse on my work computer. If I can program on my home PC and it will save on the keyboard itself, that would also work if possible. I have to use the function keys as their original usage for various software and not as multimedia keys. I love that it is wireless and connects to more than 1 device. The yellow switches are silent enough. Please consider this. Based on Amazon reviews, I think more people would be willing to buy this for work if the function keys could be toggled without having to remap in Synapse. Thanks for considering!
Create a new Naga Pro mouse, and add Hyperscroll with the Smart-Reel features you have on the Basilisk V3... It'd be the ultimate mouse with literally zero competition to speak of

Does anybody at Razer know if this is in the works? If so, when can I buy 10 of these?

The custom phone cases you guys have are great, but could you add some custom cases for the iPhone 13’s? Like the 13, 13 pro, and 13 pro max.

Create some new headphones for gym dudes or something more specific for sports.
I would love to see Razer support mac again. Long time Razer fan but with the lack of mac support i am forced to look at alternative options.

Any news on if Synapse 3 is coming to Mac?

Hell, I'd love for them to support Windows first. Synapse is still shit and fails as often as it works.
Membrane keyboard keycaps. Can't find any online for my Cynosa keyboard, would be easier to replace my keycaps than a whole keyboard lol.
I did post this somewhere else, but it seems appropriate to post it here too, given the thread title.

How about some "classic" Razer product releases?

Examples:

- 19 programmable button wired NAGA along the 2014/2016 design, but with updated internal hardware inside.

- The old Blackwidow keyboard with the five left side macro buttons on it.

- The 2013 or 2016 Chroma Tartarus with basic plastic hand-rest, but again, with updated internal components (Nostromo hand controller?).

- etc.

You saw what happened when Blizzard released Classic World of Warcraft: it was wildly popular. I bet there is a market for "classic" peripherals too. People are nostalgic and these products are already essentially developed and they weren't as intricate as some of the current products so the costs of production and thus the prices can be kept low and appealing.

This would satisfy players that would love an updated version of their favorite peripherals and also profit Razer at the same time. A win-win for everyone. If successful, Razer can launch a classic line every 5 years or so.

Just an idea. Thanks for reading!

No, they've abandoned it.
I would like to have a Razer 17” Laptop Messenger bag that fits the 17” Razer sleeve.

Hello,

I would really like to buy the new Deathstalker v2 Pro TKL, but I don't like that it's wireless. I mean there is a wired variant, but it's not TKL, so I don't like it either. Would it be possible you bring out a Deathstalker v2 TKL (wired and TKL)?
A Razer Tartarus with the same linear red switches as the Huntsman mini. Also a revision to the keycaps. After comparing pressing keys on both of those, the Tartarus caps feel too flat.

I almost want to switch to my keyboard but am too babied with the one handed keyboard.
A solution to the thin laptop cooling problem... my 2022 Blade 15 Adv is a thermal-throttled space heater. 😉
I would like to see the ACTUAL "DeathStalker" come back, but in Mechanical form (instead of Membrane) and improved otherwise such as with a soft non-sweaty Hand Rest, as we've been requesting for YEARS, instead of this unusable for me and many like me "low-profile" monstrosity (aka v2) that IS NOT a "Chicklet" Keyboard as the original DeathStalker design IS...!

Especially when you already have low-profile keyboards, such as the "Ornata v3" (yes different but still similar).
But, I don't expect you to actually care about our needs, since you entirely IGNORED our requests on bringing back the Deathstalker, and instead STOLE the name and put it on an entirely DIFFERENT keyboard design.

See here for my FULL thoughts on the subject...

I would like a service where you can locate your laptop or at least block all systems when reported it is stolen.

There a bunch of apps / services, that you can locate your laptop or other device.
I've used Prey (preyproject.com) in the past with success. Dunno if they still have free tier, but even paid - it's worth.
