Why oh why I don't understand why synapse keeps logging off the account when I go on sleep mode on my razerblade 15 ?
And why do we have to log in to a synapse account at the first place ? I mean it's not facebook or snap chat, you dont log in everyday to check some news about it or upload a photos of fritz the kitten.
All you care about is those LED lights on the keyboard to glitter properly like you set them up to.
But no, it just fails to do that one little job. Because synapse is signed off, and why oh why doesn't it save the password for a one click login. I mean it's not like you need it to be super safe to keep your bitcoins in your account isnt it ???
So please razer, I like my razerblade 15 but little things like this make me miss my mac.

This is also driving me crazy too, its an expensive keyboard that lights up. I like this clickly keyboard, others didn't have this at the time I got it. I expect they do now.
I don't need it to be constantly asking me to log in or popping up windows, gold and silver etc. I want it to work offline and be as minimal as possible. It pops up every single time it updated which is about 3 times a week. Then I see my keyboard is light blue on slow colour cycle as I'm logged off.

What ever version you use. it is sensitive to USB contact (or bad contact), PC sleeping mode and it is not able to synchronize all Chroma devises to the the same light wave pattern despite being concentrated in the same software, in a Razer computer.
The number of topic on internet addressing this issue is just huge.
Honestly I don't understand how it is possible that Razer, since 2014 and Chroma products are distributed, didn't fix this issue once for good. That was 5 yrs ago... this is unforgivable
Synapse consumes a lot of computer resources and is not even close to other RGB products on the market.

It depends what ver. of synapse you use 
If it's synapse 3 it re3quaire to be connected to internet when your pc go into sleep you lose connecyion and synapse devices go into default build-in default state Next thing is on synapse you have cheack box to keep me logged so when you boot pc or run it from sleep mode should auto log you in into your account on synapse.

Yep I agree, I queried support about why I need to be connected to the internet just to have my lighting profiles activated on my cynosa keyboard. Its just lighting but yet I have to connect to the internet and have Synapse log in. Its ridiculous and will be getting another keyboard because of it.
