  1. I think I have isolated the problem but now I just want to know what my options are.

I have used my blade stealth (2017) for 3 years now and thankfully this is my first problem. Windows started crashing citing an unexpected_store_error, and when I get stuck in the bootloader it does not detect the nvme device.

This leads me to believe I need to replace the SSD, will support be of any help to me? When I finally found the phone number the operator just states a high call volume and to try again another time.

My product only had a 2 year warranty, product no: RZ09-01963E32

I don't have a problem buying and replacing the SSD myself, but I would be pretty pissed if the issue was something deeper.

    Anybody have a similar experience?

Rather than trying to wrestle with Razer Support and paying them an exorbitant amount of money to ship your laptop, replace the SSD, etc., I'd recommend buying a new SSD and installing it yourself.

Make sure you have the proper screwdriver. You'll also need an external hard drive or flash drive with a Windows Installer so that you can install Windows. Then you'll have to run Windows Update and install drivers for your model from here: http://drivers.razersupport.com/?_m=downloads&_a=view&parentcategoryid=660&pcid=658&nav=0,350,658
  3. I guess this would be my best bet; I thought Razer might be willing to cover some of the cost but if not then why bother working with them.
