26th day of using Viper mini. Scroll wheel acting up.
Bought on 15th July 2021. PM 2025. Box with both Chinese and English language.

While scrolling up, the mouse scrolls down. While scrolling down, the mouse scrolls up and also sometimes the scroll counts are inconsistent both up and down. First noticed it on Facebook late last night, had to go to sleep so I tried again today and I've noticed the same problem.

This is my second Razer Viper mini and again, the problem is with the scroll wheel. Before, it was both the wheel and the button. It hasn't even been a month and the mouse is faulty. I've written enough in the past about my frustration with Razer mice. While the optical switches are decent, they aren't the only aspects of a mouse. Razer says that they try to improve the mice based on customer complaints but apparently, they haven't lived up well enough to their promise as a year old problem still persists on production units of June 2021. Will probably be my last Razer mouse. Don't wanna waste any more money. It truly hurts and upsetting.

Sorry to hear about your ongoing concern with our Razer Viper Mini. Have you contacted our Support Team? Does the issue happen while the Razer Synapse is disabled or closed?
