5 Keys on my Huntsman TE are not working whatsoever

Hi, I literally just bought this H TE from amazon literally a week or two ago and it just started not working tonight when I was doing my coding homework. The keys not working are the plus/equals, brackets, and up and down arrows. They are lighting up with synapse, I repaired synapse, and have reset my pc countless times. Please help! Razer Support is having network errors and I cannot make a new case.
