7.1 Surround Sound Audio Is Not Working

I use the Kraken X. When I have my playback device to Realtek Audio, the headphones work perfectly fine. However, when I set the playback device to 7.1 Surround Sound, audio doesn't work properly. When I watch Youtube, the video lags and stutters every frame, and it eventually says "Audio renderer error please restart your computer," I tried restarting and it doesn't work. Discord audio and mic don't work even though I have the input set to Realtek Audio. When I go to Valorant, the audio works for a bit, but then there would be these weird audio stutter spikes. I only use the Kraken X for the headphones, but not the microphone. Any reason why this is happening?

exactly the same with me got them today and im getting crazy cause i cant use the surround system.
Any fix for it ?

Im also having the same issue. My audio works fine when its set to my playback device to Realtek. But when I use the software 7.1 SS, its telling me to choose the 7.1 SS option for playback. I get two choices, 7.1 SS or 7.1 SS Aux Jack, both options when I select them it allows me to turn on the SS option on the software but I get no audio.
