Razer Tartarus

I want to be able to do this string of commands with a single button press:
Ctrl + E
Alt + Tab
Shift + F5
The Alt + Tab does not work.
I do not have the profile linked to an application, because I assumed that once the Alt + Tab was executed, Razer would recognize I was no longer in the linked app and not continue running the following commands.
