Warezone temps. I have it on gaming mode in Razer central. I'm seeing 99-100c as peak temps in CPUID.
Are these normal or too high? Blade 15 Base with QHD and 3070

I'm no Blade or any gaming laptop expert, but one thing I do not like about gaming laptops is its compacted size.
Even though I have a gaming laptop, I don't play Ultra high graphical/processing games; because laptops and due to its compacted size, it is difficult to remove the heat compared to a mid-tower & tower size gaming desktops.
Whether this is a good approach, I would like to hear some feed back from other insiders; when I am about to play mid - high graphical games on my laptop, I set both my cpu and gpu fans to maximum speed, so that it proactively extracts the heat from the laptop without building it up internally.
Study of thermal dynamics.
If you set the cpu and gpu fans to rotate according to the temperature level (automatically), it helps to cool down the CPU and GPU processor for sure, but the remaining heat from the heat sink will spread throughout the laptop, creating heat encapsulation.
Cooling fans help to cool down the heat sink and processor from burning, but does not help to extract the heat that has been encapsulated within the chassis.
Heat build ups in laptops can cause problems like~~~
By setting the fans to rotate at maximum level (during heavy CPU and GPU load), it helps to proactively remove majority of the heat without building up internally. Do Insiders think this works or agrees?

I think this is normal, and since 3000 series gpu deliver great performance and power, the powerful the component is, the hotter things will get.
By setting your fans to rotate at maximum level, it will help to reduce the heat proactively.

- Internal circuit issues

With the amount of power/performance the laptop/s deliver, question of its cooling methods are in order or not.
Smaller the dimension of the laptop is, the harder it is to extract the heat from its chassis.
Which is why, I prefer to choose a laptop with a low - mid quality gpu and grab a RAZER Core to support a powerful gpu with its independent fans to support the cooling

- Dimension / size

Use MSI afterburner on screen display to monitor the temperature or see the average gaming temperature, with default Turbo boost on some titles or long session cpu workload might spikes the temperature to high 90ish but only few seconds, as long as you don’t see huge performance drops that interrupts gaming experience it’s fine as long average temperature on 80ish (cpu). Intel mobile chip can handle 100 degrees but if it stay long on that areas (90ish) it may wear the parts inside faster.
