Battery Not Charging - New Razer Blade 15

URGENT!

My new Razer Blade 15 doesn’t have power unless it is plugged to a power outlet.
It says “74% not charging” “power mode(plugged in)” I keep trying to charge it but it never goes up or down from 74% too.

Hey there! Sorry to hear about your Razer Blade's charging concern. When did the issue start? Were there any changes done to the computer recently? Please send me PM together with your laptop's serial number via PM. Let's continue from there.

I have the exact same issue with my new Razer Blade also ( although mine says 54%!)
Have emailed for assistance but in the meantime would be interested if you have had yours resolved Willson.
