Blackshark v2x mic extremely quiet
Hello! ive bought a blackshark v2x a few days back and when testing the microphone its extremely quiet and no one can hear me that well, is there anyway to fix this?

Have you tried connecting the headset on your smartphone using the 3.5 mm audio cable to check if it has the same issue? For now, isolate the problem by following the steps on this page. Should the issue persists, PM me your device's serial number. That way, I can verify its model and find other ways to sort this out.
