Blackwidow Chroma Column of Keys not working

    Hello
    I have a razer blackwidow chroma and the following column of keys is not working: F6, 8, I, K, M
    Now, the keyboard is currently with a repair guy. He concluded a wire is damaged that is causing the whole column to be non responsive but he doesnt know how to go about it, he cant find the problem.

    Please tell me how the keyboard is wired such that it may help me solve this problem.

    Also, the LEDs are working fine, the LEDs on these particular keys have a "red blink" which I read online indicates there is a problem. All help is appreciated.

    The issue wouldn't be localized to that section of the keyboard, so I doubt that this is cable related. I think this has something to do with the PCB of the device. Why send it out to a repair guy, is it out of warranty already?
