Blackwidow Chroms V2 help

Hi, I've had a razer keyboard since July 16th, 2018 and at first, I had no issues with it but over time my "m" key stopped working (I have to copy and paste if I want to use m) so I sent my keyboard back to razer and got it back with the razer logo a bit damaged and my m key still not working. I looked it up and reinstalled my drivers and it worked my m key started working again so I knew it wasn't broken, after a month it started acting up again and I've tried many times reinstalling the drivers and never worked (I also have chroma issues in-game) and I can't take it anymore the amount of time I put in is a headache anyone knows how to help me anything would be good! :)

ps: my macro keys work some days and other days no response
