Blackwidow v3 mini BT issues

    Hi,

    I am unable to pair this device in BT mode.

    It worked at first, but then after plugging in the dongle in that device I am no longer being able to pair my keyboard to said PC.

    I've tried all the usual BT troubleshooting to no avail, and I've reset the keyboard several times.

    Please help?

    You can try to follow the steps on this page. But if the issue persists, PM me the serial number of your keyboard so I can verify its model and look for other possible solutions.
