BlackWidow V3 Quartz Key Issues

I recently got a BlackWidow V3 Quartz keyboard as a Christmas gift, and I've noticed some issues I've been having with the keys. First, when typing sometimes keys that I pressed won't register that I pressed them. Second, some keys when pressed will act as if they're being held down, like they're sticking or something, but they aren't physically. This obviously causes some issues when I am typing with it or using it for video games. I was wondering if anyone else has had issues like these and if anyone knows a way to fix them or what might be causing them? This is also my first mechanical keyboard so I'm not exactly knowledgeable about them. Thanks.
