Blade 14 (2021) Battery will not last more than 50 minutes / crooked lid

Hello guys/girls,

1. My issue is very simple, I have a Blade 14 still under warranty, and my battery will not last for more than max an hour. I have attempted all the troubleshooting with Razer technical support and it's been 12 rounds and still no change. I got to the point where I re-installed the OS, changed to the lowest settings possible and still the same. I am tired of explaining that the battery does not work as advertised. As I am typing this post my battery drained 9%, and I only have a browser open, nothing in the background.

2. I do not know if this is a known issue with Razer Blade 14, but my lid does not close flushed with the bottom. It is offset by about 3 mm. No physical damage to the laptop, I was not dropped. I barely used the laptop in the last 6 months since purchase and noticed that the lid shifted. (see pics)

Any answer I would greatly appreciated. I am disappointed with Razer as whole right now. This was a 2500 USD laptop (not happy)

It's sad to hear that your laptop's battery charge drains quickly and is still not resolved after reinstalling its operating system. Did you try performing the suggestions from this article? I followed the instructions on the article you suggested. That is the same one the Tech guys were making me do. The results are the same. I end it up re-installing windows and still the same issue. I mean if they need to repair my lid situation why can they check the battery when the laptop is in service. It is ridiculous to think that this laptop cannot last with all the settings at the lowest. I do not even play games on this laptop. It was recommended by a friend. Now I regret this decision.
