On default I also tested up to three monitors from hdmi, mini DP, and usb C but you can try getting splitter to see if it could output more. I’ve Razer Core and rtx 2080, with that theoretically I can plus 4 extra monitors from its 3 DP and one HDMI, or maybe other one since it has also usb C port, but the things is beside I don’t have so many monitor my use case is gaming and even 2080ti desktop I don’t think it can run my 2 1440p and one 4K monitor on surround view which most gamers are dreaming of;)

I have a problem connecting a 2nd monitor, whether it is a DLP projector, TV or monitor. When connected via HDMI, the system starts to hang, the screens blink. This happens when expanding the desktop to two monitors. If you enable backup monitor mode, the problem disappears. I tried many things: updated drivers, connected via mini DVI, etc. but nothing helps. Tell me how to set up work with the extended screen on two monitors.

I never try with TV nor projector, only normal monitors now I’ve only 2, external portable usb C 13 and 27 4K monitors, you don’t have to set anything just plug it and it will be outputted.
I used to game with triple monitor using Razer core v2 pairing with rtx2080 since the dgpu 1070maxq can’t handle it but now I tried to minimize it and mostly now using single external for playing open world and competitive titles on blade internal 144Hz display. Note I had usb c dock that has HDMI and DP ports but some dock like mine since it’s not native connection to blade the bandwidth try to limit signals, it’s usb c dock but on TB3 dock like from lenovo I heard apparently it can output both fine, probably because it (TB3) has better bandwidth.
