Blade 15 keyboard button sticking

Hey guys,

So I'm having this incredibly strange problem with my Blade 15 (2019) base model (i7-9750 / 2060). When running in windows every now and again (the prevelane of the issue varies, sometimes it will happen every few minutes, other times not for an hour or more) windows will start behaving as if one of the action keys (shift, windows button, control, alt) is held down which causes windows shortcuts to happen randomly as I'm typing etc. I can restore control by randomly pressing the above mentioned buttons until the windows key open the start-menu, then pressing ctrl-alt-del and backing out, however the problem can occur again very shortly after this. To begin with I thought it was related to my Lancehead wireless as it seemed to conincide with that stopping working, but recently it's started happening independently of this.

I'm reaching out here on the off-chance someone is aware of the issue and can recommend a fix. I've had to uninstall Razer Synapse for different reasons so I know it's not that, but I've never had this issue with any of my other machines. For what it's worth I've been into the accessibilty options and disabled all the sticky-keys shortcuts as I thought that might be casuing it.
