Since I'm currently awaiting a support agent, I figured I'd start asking here as well. I have a Razer Blade Pro (2017) which I purchased new. A few weeks ago, I accidentally knocked the power cord out while in use, and it just shut off cold. It acts almost as though it has no battery at all, although the Battery section of the Windows control panel shows the battery at 100% with no notifications.
Is there anything I can try to bring it back to life, or am I stuck purchasing a new battery for it?
Thanks

I didn't hit the power brick, just pulled the cord loose from the laptop itself. I did wind up speaking to a support representative, who checked driver versions and had me uninstall the device for the power adapter, charge four hours and try again.
That did not help. The machine continues to behave as though there is no battery in it, although the battery control panel application claims it's at 100%.
It seems that I am now going to have to ship the thing in for service. I do wish it was still under warranty. When you spend 4 grand+ on a computer you'd like to have things work properly. I'm not sure that this experience is selling me on the value of high end gaming equipment.
