Blade Stealth (early 2020): Problem booting from USB

I am trying to boot from a Windows 10 USB stick in order to install windows on my new 1 TB ssd. The USB device is listed in the BIOS (as UEFI: 8.07). As expected when booting with the USB stick plugged in, the standard Windows message "Press any key to boot from CD or DVD..." appears, but on pressing a key, the installation does not start, but instead the BIOS is loaded. I tried different setting, but no success. Thanks in advance for any pointers! Best, bbrb

Solution: Apparently, there is such a thing as a bootable USB for UEFI firmware. With that knowledge (and search term), I was able to create a new USB boot stick (for UEFI), that actually works. As I am on Linux, I used WoeUSB as described in the second half of this article: https://www.linuxbabe.com/ubuntu/easily-create-windows-10-bootable-usb-ubuntu
