Bought Razer Kraken Pro V2 Yesterday But cant register and the Serial number is expired.

Hi Razer community!

i just want to ask what can i do with my problem. I bought a brand new Razer Kraken Pro V2 yesterday and when i try to register it to the system, it says that

"
Your product is no longer covered by Razer's Limited Warranty"

I tried chatting the store but they wont reply. Can i still register this despite having this message? I cant also use 7.1 sound because of this. i wish for inputs from the community. Thank you!

Allow me to check on this one. PM me the serial number of your headset, along with a screenshot of the error message saying your device is no longer covered by its Limited Warranty. With that, I can take a closer look at what's happening and assist you accordingly. Let's continue from there.
