Bricked Blade 14 2017 / GTX 1060 i7

Hi all, I am writing here as I'm not getting any answer from the official support channel of the Company, and maybe someone can help me out.
My Blade 14 is bricked: as far as I can tell the Hardware is fine, but I ended in the infamous "Automatic Repair" loop, which I found documented online.
I believe the issue is the BIOS: as soon as the PC is trying to boot, the screen just shuts black, remaining on. I initially though of a partition problem, but even by booting with CMS on from a USB the result remains the same. Recently the problem got worse: as soon as I try to turn the Blade on, it will just go on with a green blinking light, as it were in stand by.
As the blade is my daily driver also for business, I was forced to buy a new laptop. The experience, despite the new hardware, is no where close to the integration experienced with the blade.
I want to get it fixed: can anyone suggest a proper channel for assistance? All the best from Italy.

Edit:
....bumping it a little up: I'm not getting any answer, even from the support chat 😞

Hey @yak39! There's not much that we can do with the RB14 since it won't even boot properly anymore. That said, please PM me so I can help you submit a repair ticket.

Hello @Razer.Caziel thank you for reaching out. I'll PM straight away, but in the meantime a question too:
RB14 up till the 2016 version used to have a CMOS battery (top left compared to the NVMe slot), which would be helpful to reset the BIOS and been able at least to POST and diagnose. I'm not sure I'm finding it on the RB14 2017. Could you please confirm its existance?

The CMOS battery on the RB14 2017 is just below the two USB ports on the right side of the laptop (left side if the laptop is opened and is up-side-down).
Thank you: found it and I can confirm that I was successfully able to access the BIOS as well CSM. That being said even with a bootable drive, it's impossible to get past the initial POST. @Razer.Caziel I have PM'd the details you asked about.
Hi there, is there any news?
