Broken Hyperflux Mamba/Firefly

My hyperflux MAMBA and hyperflux FIREFLY are not working after being disconnected for a week. I'm aware that metal objects can make these product go bad so Im not having any near mouse nor mousemat and I'm using it on a wooden table. This is really sad as I paid 250e for the product and its not working after 10months , Im a huge razer lover , but this is terrible. Emailed the support and I have no Response for 3 days now... It used to be faster. Am I the only one with this problem ? Or are you facing the same problem ?
The Lights are not lit nor the mouse is responding. The cable si okay , tried to plug it into a phone and it's charging normally. So the problem is with Mouse / Mousemat.

Hi I sent you a PM .
I still don't have a reply to my email ( after 8 days) It's making me terrified as I need to use my PC for assignments (yes I can use my Macbook or uni PCs but It's better for me to write it on the razer keyboard than the membrane ones we have at uni PCs and I don't want to buy more mouses ... I really want to resolve this ASAP , the product is too expensive to behave like this... If I knew this I wouldn't buy it, nor reccomend it to my fans.
