Hey, can somebody explain it? Can only 1 squad get the number 1 price or can all squads claim that price and will it be split on all 4 so that each will get 250.000?

There is only one winner(squad) for Grand Prize 1,000,000 Razer Silver.
Second question:
Redeemed prizes will be distributed proportionally based on the gameplay time contribution of each member.
