Cannot Connect Razer Mamba Wirelessly

My mouse was working wirelessly until I unplugged an replugged the usb receiver to my laptop. Now, I can only use my mouse connected through the wire. What I did, and didn't work: 1) Followed the procedure that's on https://support.razer.com/articles/1663354931 2) Unplugged and replugged the usb receiver 3) Restarted computer 4) Updated and reinstalled my drivers on Windows properties 5) Removed and readded the usb receiver under Windows bluetooth properties. Apparently windows Recognizes the usb receiver, installs the driver, and recognizes the mouse; however, the mouse does not work wirelessly. 6) Tried different usb port 7) Reinstalled Synapse 8) Reseted mouse to factory settings on Synapse 9) Tried using in a different pc I appreciate your help in advance
