every time i try to open synapse nothing happens, meanwhile i can't delete it so i can reinstall it either because every time i click uninstall it says uninstall complete but nothing was actually deleted. once i was finally able to delete everything razer from my pc, now that i redownloaded it, it just says failed to start.

What's your computer's operating system, and which version of Synapse are you using? Do you mind sharing a screenshot of your MSINFO32? Upload it via Google Drive, then send the shareable link via PM. Let's continue from there.
