Can't access 7.1 surround sound ;-;

    Hello I can't access 7.1 surround sound and...well my product is LEGIT and I have scratched it...it gave me an error when I have put the code into the software...plus the sound went out when it changed to "7.1 surround sound" in settings automatically...

    Let me check this one for you. Please PM me the serial number of your headset, along with a photo of the scratch card that contains an activation code and the error message when you try to enter it. That way, I can verify if you're still eligible for code generation. Let's continue from there.
