Can't change x and y sensitivity on Razer deathadder essential (synapse 3)

Normally when you open Razer synapse and go into the Performance tab there is a x and y axis sensitivity option / button but for some reason my razer deathadder essential just doesn't have it I don't know if its a problem with the mouse or software.

Hello Onsontic! Thanks for starting this thread. What's your current Razer Synapse 3.0 version? Please check mine below:

• I am using my Razer Naga Chroma

Have you tried logging out from your account, then signing back in? Please replicate this behavior by logging in as a guest user. Also, please gather your Razer Synapse 3.0 logs by following the steps here. If the X & Y axis sensitivity option is still missing, please save the files via Google Drive or to any online drive account, then paste the link in your PM.

@Razer.Speedcr0ss - maybe it's similar to the Custom calibration not available on some mouses: /how-to-calibrate-mouse-on-custom-surface.73730/

My Atheris doesn't have an option to configure individual DPI for X-Y. I'll check it later in home on Viper Ultimate / Viper Mini (and I think, that the 2nd one will not have this option too).

PS. I'm have the same version of Synapse as you.

Thanks for sharing! I've checked it with my colleagues and their Viper Mini does not have this option, while the Lancehead and my Naga Chroma have it. It could be with this Razer Synapse update or it varies per mouse model.

Hi @Onsontic. Do you have the X & Y sensitivity option before while using the Razer Deathadder Essential?

Sorry for responding late but it says that I am using the newest version of synaspe and I have never ever had the X & Y sensitivity option before on this mouse, sorry If I responded a bit late @Razer.Speedcr0ss

I even reset the mouse and stuff but it still doesn't have the option

Thanks for the follow-up. It seems like this option is limited to particular mouse models only. Did you have these settings available in Razer Synapse before? Feel free to send me a PM anytime.
