Can't uninstall,repair,update razer synapse 3.0

So today I got a message from software unavailable to start, so I pressed retry and it didn't fix, then I tried to repair it got stuck on some percentage for like 3 hours, then I went to uninstall and again it got stuck on some percentage. Does anyone know how to fix this issue?
