cant use te lights on my ps4 with the razer blackwidow x chroma?

so today i bought a RAZER blackwidow x chroma but when i tried to use it on my ps4 the first time it worked perfectly fine but when i tried to use it on my pc it worked also but when i came back on my ps4 the light didnt work anymore but they do on my pc, does anyone know why this is and how i could fix it?

did you do something with it when you plugged it into your pc, some settings maybe?

Yes but a friend of mine has the same keyboard and so i changed to setting back the hes because hes lights where working fine.

I would suggest to try contacting razer support by email. They should know the answer better then me.

Maybe not enough power going in the keyboard for the chroma to work, you can type right?

Yes i can but the lights have worked on my PS4 before so i dont know iff thats the case

You may try connecting your keyboard to your friends console if thats possible.
So you can see if its your ps4 or the keyboard thats having the problem.

If that didn't work, then you should contact razer support

@Koen013.b The keyboard wasn't designed to work with PS4, so I wouldn't be surprised if you run into problems like this. Did you make any changes to the lighting effects of the keyboard when it was plugged into the PC? If so, try to reset the lighting profiles and try again.
