Chroma Apps not syncing with supported hardware (Thermaltake, MSI Mystic Light, etc)

So after the recent Synapse update, Razer Chroma Apps are not working with supported hardware, the RGB on supported non-razer devices switches to a random static color and refuse to sync with chroma.
Please fix this ASAP.

If anyone knows of a fix, please let me know.

Yeah I'm having the same issue too. Dragon center, AMD Wraith and G.SKILL won't connect to synapse any more. I've contacted someone about it but they haven't replied.
Hey. I have the same problem, I have been struggling with it for two weeks...
UPDATE: The person that I've contacted in a PM replied and they have said that the team is working on a hotfix. Here's hoping to that it'll get fixed soon

Hey everyone! Thanks for posting your Razer Synapse concerns here. Please download the firmware patch here. You may see an error as below:

If you are, click “Ignore” and then restart their PC. The firmware patch will install on their own as soon as Razer Synapse 3.0 is launched. Feel free to send me a PM should you need additional assistance.

This link appears to be broken, just like my expensive Razer microphone.

Same problem.

My Seiren Emote mic, for example, LOOKS like it's responding in the software, but it's absolutely not doing anything in the hardware itself (again). It makes little sense to me, but FWIW I've reinstalled everything & restarted the computer, tried different USB ports, et al.

Hey @ColorofGrey! Thanks for posting your Razer Seiren Emote's here. Have you checked your Windows 10 camera, microphone, and privacy settings? Please clean reinstall your Razer Synapse 3.0 and the Streamer Companion App by following the steps below:

"Clean reinstallation with registry delete."

Please be careful and not delete other files/folders as it may corrupt your Windows operating system. Check the steps below:

1. Uninstall Synapse and other Razer-related softwares, delete all files in C:\\Program Files (x86)\\Razer and C:\\ProgramData\\Razer directories. These folders are hidden by default, so please be sure to unhide them.
2. Uninstall Razer drivers by going to "Device Manager" from Control Panel.
3. Press Windows + X key and choose Command Prompt on the menu.
4. Type regedit in the command prompt window and press enter.
5. Please go to this path and check if you have it:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\\SOFTWARE\\WOW643NODE\\Razer\\
*Please delete everything that's in the Razer folder. Please reinstall Synapse after deleting all the files inside the Razer folder
6. Download a fresh installer and reinstall, then restart your PC.
7. Add Synapse to your firewall exemptions and update your .NET Framework at https://dotnet.microsoft.com/download/dotnet-framework/net48

Once done, please reinstall both Razer Synapse 3.0 and Streamer companion app and see if it helps.

Hi VaXmidaR! I've replied to your PM. I'll wait for your follow-up.
