Constant Game Crashes and Blue Screens on New Razer Blade Pro 17 (2020) 4K120Hz RTX2080 Super Max Q

Hello,

I just got my new Blade Pro 17 and it is constantly having game crashes and blue screens.
Is anyone also having these issues?
Here below are the problems in details with some troubleshoots that I have attempted.
I ended up stuck with the Razer BIOs update for 5 hours with no response.
What should I do?

Problem 1: Constant Game Crashes (Download from Steam)
-Age of Empire II: Definitive Edition
-Assassin’s Creed Odyssey

The game runs smooth and fine but then the game crashes all in a sudden. There were no error code or error messages. It just goes back to Steam control panel like nothing happened. The system did not freeze and there were no blue screen. If I restart the game again, it is smooth and fine but only playable for several minutes and then it crashes again and return to Steam control panel. The laptop has always been connected into a wall outlet.

Below troubleshoot has been attempted but nothing has improved at all.
-Verify Integrity of Game Cache on Steam for Local Files
-Antivirus software turned off (AVG Antivirus software)
-Windows Firewall turned off
-Download EC Driver Update and BIOS update from official Razer Support Website
-Current EC version is 01.00, EC Driver Update suggests to update to 01.01. Successful EC update.
-Current BIOS version is 1.00, BIOS Upgrade suggests to update to 1.03. Currently Stuck on BIOS update.
