Core V2 Won’t Start


Bought a 2019 Razer Blade 13 inch and Core V2.

When I plug in the core, I hear the “click” and then see a Windows notification that this Thunderbolt device may be incompatible with my system then nothing happens.

I tried a clean install of the Synapse drivers. Any other troubleshooting tips or should I return it?

Hello there! Have you tried updating or reinstalling the Thunderbolt 3 driver of the Blade Stealth 2019? If not yet, please do. If the same issue persists, please send over the serial numbers of both the Blade Stealth and the Core V2 to me through PM. Include the link to this post as well. Let me know how it goes.
Had similar problems with my Core v2. I'm on the second one struggling to get it to recognize even after a lengthy support call. If you end up with a solution, can you post it? I'm about to return my second Core v2 for a refund.
