Cortex not counting playtime

    I have been playing for a few hours now and the squad rewards has not been counting the hours. I have checked that the game is on the list and it is however there has been no increase in playtime. It's as if the game wasnt even launched

    What's that game? Try to start a game from Cortex menu

    I have and still doesn't work. The games I have played are halo mcc and hoi4

    same problem here. .. try-ed battlefield V , and eurotruck simulator 2

    Having this same issue with Valorant, except when I try to launch it through Cortec, it just says invalid launch, yet when I play, it logs it in the profile but doesn't transfer to squad rewards. I recently got cortex, so I uninstalled and reinstalled Valorant, and nothing changed. I even tried setting the path manually, but to no avail, and under the supported games tab, Valorant won't "light up" like the other supported games I have on my rig.
