Cortex not counting playtime

I have been playing for a few hours now and the squad rewards has not been counting the hours. I have checked that the game is on the list and it is however there has been no increase in playtime. It's as if the game wasnt even launched

Before we start, could you please provide us with your Cortex logs for us to further investigate this issue? Please do not reinstall Razer Cortex before you send us your logs. I will PM you a simple guide on how to collect and upload your Cortex logs if you need my assistance.

Having this same issue with Valorant, except when I try to launch it through Cortec, it just says invalid launch, yet when I play, it logs it in the profile but doesn't transfer to squad rewards. I recently got cortex, so I uninstalled and reinstalled Valorant, and nothing changed. I even tried setting the path manually, but to no avail, and under the supported games tab, Valorant won't "light up" like the other supported games I have on my rig.
