Cortex: "Sorry your current rig is not supported..." on Blade 15 Adv. (2021)

    How doesnt it support a Razer laptop? Is it a bug? How do I fix it? I've already uninstalled and installed again.

    Before we begin could you please provide us with your RIG info for us to isolate the concern? To do this, please launch Razer Cortex, then go to 'SYSTEM BOOSTER'>'MY RIG'. Finally, screenshot the page and send the image to us.

    I have the same problem on a Razer 15 Base model.. 16 gigs ram with RTX3070 10th gen i7. How would you like me to send the images?
