Deathadder Elite disconnecting

I got a new deathadder elite not too long ago (from now maybe a few months). Within a few days of me plugging it in to a new pc, it started disconnecting randomly. Sometimes it shows a message that it cant recognize the device. Sometimes it might just turn it off and not work, even after replugging it in. Im really confused to why this is happening. Im also not sure how to test it on another computer because it dosent happen often enough that I can see. I might go to the place where I bought it originally to see if they can do anything later. Till then, any suggestions?

Hey there! Have you tried disabling/closing the Razer Synapse and check if the issue persists? What's your Razer Synapse version? If it's the Razer Synapse 3.0, please reset the mouse through its settings and observe.

Its doesn’t do very often but ill probably do the reset idea later. One question, what will the reset do exactly, and what will it do. Will it keep my lighting profiles? Thanks.

Edit: How do I also reset it?

Thanks for asking. And yes, it will retain the saved profiles and setting in Razer Synapse. The reset option is located in the Razer Synapse settings by clicking the gear icon at the top-right corner. Please check the screenshot below:

Thanks! If it disconnects again I will be sure to try it.
Update: I ended up bringing it to the shop a few days ago and they said they would need around a week to test it. For now, they gave me a replacement mouse.
