Deathadder elite not connecting to synapse

My deathadder elite is not connecting to razer synapse. Just got it as I will not be here for Christmas.

Please check if the mouse appears properly on the Device Manager. I'd appreciate it if you can put up screenshots. By the way, which version of Synapse did you install?
I installed the latest version of synapse and it appears on device manager.

Try to uninstall all Razer related drivers you see and reboot. Windows should automatically download fresh ones, and you should be good to go. Shoot me a PM if the problem persists so we can further troubleshoot.
How do I uninstall?

On the same window as the screenshot you previously sent, right-click on a device then select uninstall. Do this for the Cynosa Chroma and the DeathAdder Elite then reboot your PC.
