I'm facing issues getting my DA2Pro mouse to work when plugged into the USB 1.1 mouse port of the Ugreen HDMI KVM switch (https://www.amazon.sg/UGREEN-Switcher-Extended-Computer-Keyboard/dp/B07M8YZDVZ).
Mouse works fine when connected directly to the PC.
Question: Does the mouse need at least USB 2.0 to function?
Why? (data transfer, power)

USB 1.1 is too old, too slow. USB 2.0 should be fine, but I always recommend at least USB 3.0.
Also be sure, that your KVM switch have external power supply (for USB devices), because without it - some USB devices are not working properly.

Thanks FiszPL, no idea why manufacturers still use USB 1.1 despite USB 2.0 being the base a long time ago.
My KVM switch has no external power supply and relies on the input connector (eg from PC1/2) to power the hub.
My mouse works on wired but not on dongle, keep getting the USB device not recognized error.
Think I should return this switch and move on to something better despite Ugreen being a respectable brand.
