DeathAdder V2 Pro not showing up in synapse

    For DA V2 Pro owners.
    I have had it for a week and I have a problem. In the Synapse 3 program I have my profile set with backlight etc. But when I start my computer, e.g. at night, the program starts, but as if it does not detect the mouse at all. I am using this connection 2.4. Only after removing the receiver and inserting it suddenly appears and my profile loads.
    What have I already done:
    -reinstall Synapse,
    -reinstall drivers
    - I transferred the receiver to another USB port.

    Try this way - uninstall synapse, go to OS device manager and delete DA V2 Pro (with drivers), install CCleaner - cleanup your PC & important - registry.
    Reboot OS - install Synapse again.

    You can try also updating motherboard/chipset drivers. But assume, that mouse is working correctly, only not showing in Synapse?

    I did as you wrote.

    Yes.
    Mouse works, but does not appear in synapse. After removing the USB adapter and inserting it appears.
