Dear Support,
I am facing constant disconnects on my Kiyo and sometimes on my Deathadder & Ornata Chroma, even my Nari Ultimate does it from time to time. I am running all this on a Razer Blade 15 so you could say I'm a fan.
After the disaster I went through with my last PS4 controller Raiju Ultimate that just randomly tilted in all directions (problem never got solved, I just had to buy a new controller) you could think I had learned my lesson but instead I bought a keyboard, a laptop, a mouse, headphones AND a webcam.
I'm rapidly starting to regret that decision.
I fixed the KIYO disconnects the first time around by literally doing a hard format of my laptop and reinstalling everything. Suffice to say this is not something I intend to do on a regular bases.
This hail Mary worked for a week or two but now I am back to square one and my KIYO is disconnecting constantly to the point where I can't even click it in Razer Synapse because it just disconnects on the spot.

Hey there! Thanks for initiating this thread. Sorry to hear about your ongoing issue with the USB connection in your laptop. Does the issue happen while connecting a non-Razer USB device? Have you checked if your device disconnects while the Razer Synapse 3.0 is closed or disabled? Please isolate the issue too by limiting your connected devices. You can start it by connecting one device at a time and check which one disconnects frequently. Your Razer Blade's USB port might be the issue and cannot supply sufficient current to all your Razer devices.
