Electra V2 USB not recognized

Hello,

The headset just stopped working and i keep getting an error whenever i plug it in that the USB device can't be recognized. I've tried plugging the device in multiple computers and it just doesn't work. I would like to mention that there is no physical damage on the device and i have already tried downloading the Electra v2 updater but can't proceed since the device is unrecognizable. I would like to know my options to fix this problem, if any.

yo tambien estoy teniendo el mismo problema... comenzo fallando pero lo desconectaba y lo volvia a conectar y funcionaba pero ahora ya no me lo reconoce

Hey everyone! Thanks for posting your Razer Electra V2 USB's concern here. When did the issue start? Did you recently update your computer from both Windows and Microsoft updates? Have you tried checking your headset's driver by going to Window's device manager it is either missing, corrupted or has a duplicate? Feel free to send me a PM together with your headset's serial number should you need additional assistance.

I already tried but the headphones still can't detect it

I have the same issue, i tried to delete everything and do a clean install, now its the same again its not even installing the drivers for razer electra v2, i have the latest firmware.

i have the exact same problem as u guys
i updated the firemware
it worked fine
headset stops after 2-3 hours of usage
this is fine
i unplug and plug them back
they work
suddenly yesterday they stopped working

Please re-run the re-update for Electra V2 USB while the headset is disconnected then reconnect the headset only when the firmware updater asks for it. Let me know how it goes.

It is impossible to connect my headset. I have tried in many ways and nothing. The same messages always and the firmware doesn´t recognize the device in usb.

The firmware update is no help at all since the computer doesn't recognise the headset. Is there another solution? I'm going to get a refund/replacement, this is won't do.

witam. jetsem w posiadaniu Razer Electra v2 usb. posiadam win10 i najnowsze sterowniki. oraz sterownik pobrazy ze strony razer.com. sprzet chodzi dobrze lecz gdy gdy nim porusze rozlacza sie. w tym momencie youtube chwilowo sie zacina. inne sluchawki dzialaja dobrze na moim pc. jak moge rozwiazac ten problem? prosze o pomoc. dziekuje.
