Electra V2 USB not recognized


Hello,

The headset just stopped working and i keep getting an error whenever i plug it in that the USB device can't be recognized. I've tried plugging the device in multiple computers and it just doesn't work. I would like to mention that there is no physical damage on the device and i have already tried downloading the Electra v2 updater but can't proceed since the device is unrecognizable. I would like to know my options to fix this problem, if any.

For those who can't find the serial number, it is written under the left ear cushion. I had to send an email to find that out, would've saved a lot of time if support had told me in PM.

The firmware update is no help at all since the computer doesn't recognise the headset. Is there another solution? I'm going to get a refund/replacement, this is won't do.

hi im having the same problem as above my headsets stop working from time to time i unplug and plug in again and finaly stop been recognized by my usb.pls advice i dont have the serial no because i throw away the box.

It is impossible to connect my headset. I have tried in many ways and nothing. The same messages always and the firmware doesn´t recognize the device in usb.

headset stops after 2-3 hours of usage
this is fine

suddenly yesterday they stopped working

I have the same issue, i tried to delete everything and do a clean install, now its the same again its not even installing the drivers for razer electra v2, i have the latest firmware.
