Electra v2 USB Sound cuts out

Just bought the razer electra v2 usb version, after playing some cs go and battlefront 2 the audio will randomly cut out and i have to unplug and plug the headset in for it to work, however i need to restart the game because the sound doesn't come back for the game, however the sound does come back if i'm watching a movie or listening to music, also if i try playing any audio or video whether it be online or offline when the sound is cut off it just gives me a playback error i tried troubleshooting the problem when the audio cut out but i couldn't find anything. Tried re installing all the audio drivers and disabling my usb ports from falling asleep, i've also tried plugging them in different usb ports same result. i exchanged them from where i bought them but the same problem happened. Pls i really need some help i'm stumped and can't figure out what's wrong. This doesn't happen with my older headphones which have a 3.5mm jack

the playback error that appears on youtube is audio renderer erro pls restart your computer

It's good to know that you have posted this to our support board. Thanks for sharing this in details. That's odd that the issue happens to the replacement headset. Have you tried it on a different computer and see if the issue persists?

I didn't test the previous set on another computer but i did test this one and idk why but it didnt cut out the audio but i tested them for like a couple of minutes, the cuts are really random like they can happen in the first couple of mins or not at all it could take hours sometimes

Gotcha! Please observe your headset's behavior more. You can create a different Windows User profile or account in your computer and check if the issue persists there. If it does, please send me a PM, let's continue from there.

so far they haven't cut out today, i updated my graphics drivers so idk if that fixed it or not but i'll try making another user okay
