I have been using Naga Chrome since 2014. After a few years, the buttons always stop working, so I replaced about three of these mice during that time. Unfortunately, the latest Trinity model is much stupider than the previous version. From the forum here I understood that Razer is a stagnant company that does not even care about customer needs. The debates here is two years old and still has not been remedied.
I return Trinity to the store and order Logitech. I will never buy anything from Razer again.

Switch replacement is very cheap and fairly easy to do.
Every mouse will have the same issue, also logitech had problem with their mouses (poor quality Omron switches).

Just buy a GOOD quality mouse switches like Kailh 4.0 and you'll be happy with it.
FYI: If it is the side keypad giving you issues, pop off the number plate and then put it back on. It brings back the buttons that aren't working for me.

I'm hoping Razer will go back to the classic 19 button dedicated design, like the NAGA LEFT-HANDED version, but for everyone (RIGHT-HANDED people too). I was going to buy the NAGA X, but then I saw it only had 16 programmable buttons. I'll keep dealing with my Trinity until it totally dies. Hopefully the Razer employees that look at these threads (if any do) forward these concerns to the designers and they make a dedicated WIRED NAGA with the normal 19 buttons.

Razer needs to go back and look at what made them great: products that were durable and did their job well. I loved my old razer products and still have some around and they still work. Razer was making solid peripherals from 2012 to 2016. They are innovating themselves into losing customers. There is a reason the basic hammer design has been the same for a long time. It works well.

Cleaning the interchangeable plates also helps.
I mean cleaning the contacts both on side plates and the mouse with IPA (Isopropyl alcohol).
Do not clean it with water, because it can cause some corrosion on the metal pogo-pins, causing interruption.

My side panel numbers (2,3, & 7) are being spammed and unresponsive when I set my chroma studio to specific colors. If I set my chroma to what I call "safe colors," colors that do not cause the spamming, the affected numbers simply don't respond. I have tried cleaning the named parts above to no avail. I have not been able to find a cure to this situation after weeks of searching. If you have any recommendations, I would much appreciate the help.
Also, I have not been able to find software related to this mouse for me to possible delete and reinstall.

The best way to check if it's software or hw issue is to test it on another computer without synapse installed.
A bit perverse of me to sign in just as I am uninstalling Razer but the quality of construction keyboard I bought in July was so low that the keys were disappearing by September so that by the end of the year the keyboard was unusable because 11 of them were unreadable. The backlighting was never very strong. And very regularly the PC was not usable for 30 seconds to a minute on boot up as the software was being refreshed. Not a good product.

Just RMA and you'll get a new one. Simple.
