Hammerhead true wireless bluetooth issues

I recently purchased the wireless earbuds and they work great with my phone. However when I connect them with my MacBook pro (2019) it starts flapping connected/disconnected with the bluetooth connection. Has anyone else experienced this problem? Any tips that might help?

Do you have any bluetooth device such as wireless mouse / keyboard nearby? or sometimes mobile phone will jam the wireless connection as well. It happen to my (mouse drifting) wirelenn mouse when my phone where too close.
I have a Razer keyboard and mouse, but I have them both wired. It could by that I keep my phone near by. I've been able to connect it and have it be stable a couple of times, but most of the time it just connects and disconnects non stop
I'm still having issues with this. I've tried turning off all other bluetooth devices and it still won't stay connected to my computer.

As per the RAZER Support....
I also got Bluetooth connection issue. After device connected it got disconnected and goes into pairing mode for no reason.

Like @ZiCott mentioned you should turn ON Compatibility Mode and test once to see if it resolved the issue from the Razer Hammerhead true wireless phone app.

Yes, with compatibility mode still get disconnect. Also it mostly happen when watching Youtube video.
