Hammerhead True Wireless Connection Problem

    I just bought Hammerhead TWS today and firstly I charged it's case with earbuds inside it. After the green led blinked, I unplugged charge usb and I tried to connect it to my pc(I have got usb 4.0 dongle for bluetooth) and to my mobile phone(Samsung Note5) but bluetooth cannot detected my Hammerhead.

    Is there anyone who can help me?

    Did you follow the steps given in the manual?

    Yes I did everything in the manual, My case's charge is full but bluetooth cannot detect my earbuds. I also tried to open earbuds one by one but when I try it they don't give any noise for opening or etc. =(

    Both PC and Mobile also couldn't detect your earbuds? Have you try with other devices as well?

    I tried with 2 different phones and my pc (this is the maximum devices that I can try for yesterday and today) but non-of them couldn't detect it. Is it possible that there is a problem about my headphone's Bluetooth ?
    Also as I said, when I try to open earbuds one by one there is no sound about opening or closing etc.

    Hi MorrisHutson35,
    Maybe there's problem with your devices'/headphone's Bluetooth. I tested the Hammerhead True Wireless myself as well but didn't notice any sound when opening and closing except when Bluetooth connection connected and disconnect.

    Firstly; I charged the case and after the full charge, I opened the case's lid (earbuds were inside it) and green led was blinking well. After that, I opened Bluetooth and my phone started searching for devices but Hammerhead was not on the list. It is the same for my PC. I'm trying now also but everything is the same.

    Is there any way to reset everything about its case or something like that? I cannot find any different way except reset something

    An update, I tried with a different device (an android tablet) and Bluetooth couldn't detect my headphone

    Hmm..Maybe you should contact Razer Support https://mysupport.razer.com/ regarding this issues for better clarification or solution.

    the headphones should announce "Pairing" when you first take them out, or "Connected" if you had successfully paired it to a device. If there is no AUDIO than there is probably something wrong with them.

    Hi Guys,
    I kind of have the same issue.
    I just bougth The Razer Hammerhead True Wireless, and started Pairing with my Iphone 11, had no trouble.
    When I tried to connect with my PC, It has a Bluetooth dongle CSR 4.0, it does connect, but right after I recive the disconnected message in the earbuds.It wont even stay for a second.
    I have tried almost everything.

    Tried to install the CSR Harmony Driver
    Tried to update the bluetooth drivers
    Set the power energy saving

    I know for sure that the Bluetooth dongle isn't the problem, since I have no trouble connecting stuffs to it, like JBL charge 3, Jabra Elite 65T and so on.

    Does anyone have the same problem as I?
    Any suggestions about this?

    This is why I like wired devices
    Some good suggestions from above forums

    Unless RAZER also goes by what Steve Jobs said "Closed, end to end"
    If RAZER is focusing on RAZER devices to only work well with RAZER devices, than this is not flexible. :frown_::frown_::frown_:

    In which some way it is good, because providing technical support is easier

    It is possible that hammerhead bluetooth is not compatible with the note 5.

    Find out what bluetooth version the hammerhead is able to sync with
    Like Apple; non Apple devices can't connect via bluetooth to an Apple device, because of bluetooth version conflict
