Hammerhead TWS X not connecting to Asus Laptop

did anybody connect the buds to Asus G731GU laptop, so frustrated rn, Bluetooth connected and only thing working so far is hands free, Stereo says unplugged in sound settings, tried every solution in google i might have to return and refund this.

I suggest testing your earbuds on a different device to check if it's a hardware issue. Should the problem persists, please PM me your device's serial number and proof of purchase to initiate an RMA request on your behalf.
