Have you had a razor product fail on you through normal use?


After being a razor fan for the last decade plus, I can no longer support this company or their products. Either I've had exceptionally bad luck, or razor build quality has dropped significantly. Two Razor Nari headsets have now failed through normal use and 2 razor black widow keyboards (from 2012 and 2019) are experiencing the double typing issue. As someone who takes very good care of the products purchased, I find myself at a loss of how this acceptable. Also, as primary means of input and interaction with not only games but now needed for my job, I just can't rely on this variable of potential (almost guaranteed) eventual failure. I have switched to Logitech as my primary choice for gaming and general computer peripherals as Logitech products seem to withstand normal and expected use. To get an idea and understand if this problem is widespread, I'm asking the question: Have you had a razor product fail on you through normal use?

My Blackwidow v3 is double typing as well, just from normal use. support is a joke, there's no direct contact, almost as if they dont want you to contact support. for the price i expected more...

Yes - it can happen. Things can get broke overtime. I had failed mouse click on Viper Mini, but got a replacement.
