Hello I have a problem with my "Razer Nari Ultimate Headset"!

For first i would like to say my english is not the best so don't judge me ^^.
I have the problem that my Razer Nari Ultimate is making crackling sounds i tried to uninstall and reinstall the razer synapse 3 and deleted the folder from razer. When the synapse was uninstalled the headset worked normally but when i reinstalled the synapse then it started to make crackling sounds again......
Without the razer synapse 3 i was not able to deactivate the bass boost etc. that's why i reinstalled it.
I haven't found an other solution for my problem.
Can you help me with that problem?

Where can i find the serial number?And how can i pm you?
You can find the serial number of your Razer Nari on the box that came with it. You can also find it under the left ear-cup.
